ORDER THE MAGICAL GARDEN NOW !!!
MEETING THE GARDEN SPIRIT
There are many spirits, it is said, that play in the garden, but one is most important. That is THE garden spirit, the special spirit that express the soul of your particular piece of land, yard or garden. It is traditional for the gardener to meet this spirit in trance or dream and receive marvelous knowledge about the garden. It is said the 'Place Spirit' or GENUS LOCI can tell the gardener what things are needed, what pests are infesting and other things about the garden. This spirit will also indicate what kinds of plants it likes and doesn't like, thus saving many expensive trips to a nursery to replace plants that 'mysteriously' keep dying!
The way to meet the Place Spirit is to sleep in the garden or wood in question, especially at midsummer or near that time. If this is too much, then you can lie in the garden until almost asleep and then creep into bed with some grass or a leaf in your hand.
Before reclining in the garden, sip a cup of catnip tea or a small glass of liquor. Pour the last drops on the ground and call:
GENUS LOCI! GENUS LOCI! GENUS LOCI!
TO ME! TO ME! SO MAY IT BE!In the morning, write down your dreams quickly! Pay attention to them. you may always call upon the Genus Loci for advice and ideas after this.

LIVING WITH FAERIES
If you stand silently at midnight surrounded by ferns and you can hear no sound, then Puck, the most feral faeries (or fairies) will appear to you and give you wealth- this is called 'watching the fern' and is an ancient custom.
Faries are said to live everywhere, just out of out sight, caressing the plants and helping them grow, quickening seeds and pushing roots. Where would we be without them? Why do some plants thrive in your garden but others, against all reason, simply do not? It way be that the faeries for that plant are not present!
To make faeries at home (and so improve your garden!) plant foxgloves, they live there. Also, plant Hawthorns, not only do faries love them but they also are a very protective tree and a sprig should be placed over the enteranceway.
If you want to see faeries, wear a bit of Thyme on you, chew a bit and sit quietly in the garden on a full moon.
If you have an old tree in your garden with a knothole or hollow in it, you are very lucky! This is a faery mailbox and, for hundreds of years, people have used these to communicate their desires to the faeries and earth spirits. On a new moon, write a short letter with your wish on a small piece of paper. Place a flower in it and put it the hollow. By the full moon the wee folk should give you an answer!
